This is what I wanted. However, if I were doing a redesign of this product, I would make the board thicker or put a backing plate on it. With the frame fitting flush against the wall, the writing surface moves in and out against the wall, depending on the pressure applied during writing on the board or erasing the board. It is easy enough to fix the problem by cutting a thin sheet of panel and placing it behind Whiteboard.

"I received my white board. Unfortunately I was out of the office when it was delivered. I had no warning it would be delivered.
The cardboard box it shipped in had a corner smashed in and was filthy. The box looked like it had carbon soot all over it.
The white board was damaged. Two cracks, 4 and 8 inches long.
From reading the instructions about inspecting shipments, it appears I have no recourse with the situation.
I will keep the board. But I'm VERY dissatisfied and disappointed with the $223 I've spent. I expected a much better experience.

Our company purchased whiteboards from MyWhiteboards.com because they offered a great deal of savings for the cost! However, when we received the shipment we were disappointed to find out a few of the whiteboards had scratches/marks on them. There was no damage to the boxes so we asked MyWhiteboards.com if they would replace the defective whiteboards. They were not willing to do so for free which left us disappointed and not willing to do business with them again.
